MHRC VOLUNTEERS
MHRC is unable to function without a dedicated band of volunteers. All members will be asked to help out at some point and whatever time you can give to the club is gratefully received.
- At our own shows and events, to do anything from manning gates, stewarding, pole-picking, etc
- At Area level where were often need to send one or more dedicated volunteers as part of the condition of entry for our teams. Without a volunteer, the team can't compete.
- At Championship level, where for every team that we send, we need to send a volunteer to work half a day.
BRC VOLUNTEER LEAGUE
As a club volunteer, you are eligible to take part in the British Riding Club Volunteer Leagues each year, with rosettes awarded to 10th place and a sash to the winner. There are three leagues, for people helping at Club level, at Area level and at Championship level. To find out more click HERE

To take part, just complete the Log Book, get it signed by the organiser or secretary, and post back to BRC by the 7th of the following month.

Congratulations to Linda Kemp, Anna Robson, Jenny Barnes, Alison Burton, Ann Bates and Chris Esling, who were all joint 5th after helping to run both the Area Show Jumping and the Area Horse Trials. And well done to everyone else who clocked up points over the year. |
